The Iguana Scene in Planet Earth 2 is the best scene in any television ever

BBC viewers were scared stiff last night by dramatic footage in the long-awaited series Planet Earth 2 that showed dozens of snakes chasing baby iguanas.

We forget how easy we’ve got it, natural selection isn’t a thing in modern human society and this iguana reminded the millions of viewers how incredibly shit baby humans are…they can’t even hold their fucking heads up and this little lizard lad just escaped about 100 snakes.

The footage on BBC1 showed some iguanas outrun the snakes to safety by the sea while others were caught before the snakes wrapped themselves around them.

When the crew saw the snakes for the first time, they were too shocked to film - and host Sir David Attenborough had never seen anything like it either, it was claimed.

Meanwhile, BBC chiefs will be celebrating today after the program claimed a massive audience of 9.2million and a 36 per cent share of TV viewers.

Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, never-before-seen photos from inside the White House during the 9/11 attacks have been released. The photos, reportedly captured by a staff photographer, document the reactions of then President, George Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney as they watch the horrific incident unfold on live television on September 11, 2001.
