Guys, we know you’ve been tired of figuring us, women, out but seems like so does the theoretical physics genius—Stephen Hawking!
During his Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) session , he pointed out that women are ‘life’s most intriguing mystery’, but also stressed on the fact that it is a mystery that should remain unsolved.
He is a 73-year-old pHD in physics, a noted genius who’s responsible for solving some of the biggest mysteries that have grappled universe, and if he can’t figure us out, then guys I’d rather you stop trying altogether!
Here are some of the best answers from his AMA session!
Q: Is it possible for machines to become smarter than their creators?
SH: It’s clearly possible for something to acquire higher intelligence than its ancestors: we evolved to be smarter than our ape-like ancestors, and Einstein was smarter than his parents.
Q: Are we facing imminent threat from intelligent machines, or should we just be preparing for the future?
SH: There’s no consensus among AI researchers about how long it will take to build human-level AI and beyond, so please don’t trust anyone who claims to know for sure that it will happen in your lifetime or that it won’t happen in your lifetime.
Q: What mystery do you find most intriguing, and why?
SH: Women. My PA reminds me that although I have a PhD in physics, women should remain a mystery.
Q: What is your favorite song ever written?
SH: “Have I Told You Lately” by Rod Stewart.
Q: What is your favorite movie of all time?
SH: "Jules et Jim," 1962
Q: What was the last thing you saw online that you found hilarious?
SH: "The Big Bang Theory"
